3dot5 is a technology and mobility blog from Patrice Arnera VP of EMEA Operations at FPX.
I am originally from Cannes in France and after studying in North Carolina and spending 7 years in the UK, I have just spent 4 years living in Wellington, New Zealand with my wife Lena, our two sons Allan and Jolan and our baby daughter Keana. We are now relocating back to France for a new family adventure and business challenge.
I have an International Business and Professional Communication educational background and founded two startups in the late 90s ( a web design company and an e-commerce consulting company) before joining a leading configuration software company in the UK and 7 years later applying my acquired Telecommunication Order Entry and Order Processing knowledge for 4 years in Australasia based out of New Zealand.
I am a technology enthusiast with a special incline towards everything Apple and share a passion of travels with my family.
We run our own website updated monthly with photos and stories from our latest travels and adventures that you are welcome to look at on http://www.arnera.com.
Thanks for reading, commenting and spreading the word.

Hello,
Kevin Dombrow here and I am here to share some exciting news. Symbian would love your mobile application to be part of our Horizon directory (http://horizon.symbian.org). Symbian is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to driving innovation in the mobile space.
Our Company manages the open source Symbian platform, which has shipped in over 385 million smartphones around the world to-date. There are 167 member companies from 30 countries representing every segment of the mobile value chain. Currently there are over 80,000 developers globally actively follow and participate in the ecosystem.
What does this mean for you?
• Access to a comprehensive, searchable, categorized directory of Symbian apps
• Access to a web based API capable of querying the Horizon Directory for content
• Ability to hand select apps and communicate with developers through a built in messaging tool in Horizon site
• A packaged set of free “marquee” apps that deliver high value content and services in multiple geographies
• Where possible these marquee apps are delivered as part of the Symbian Platform (Open Source Apps contributed to the platform)
• Dedicated Wiki pages with store best practice information for developers
• Partners will be able to search new apps and interact with developers in order to get apps into their stores.
If you are interested in participating in this directory please go to this link and fill in the meta data about each of your Symbian applications. Once we have collected this information we will be able to publish your application to the Horizon Directory. In the meantime please email me with any questions you might have.
